What is a Team Leader (TL)?
A Team Leader works to provide an inclusive environment that enhances the growth and development of new students while making new friends along the way.
Team Leaders participate in training to develop themselves as leaders, learn how to facilitate small groups, improve public speaking, and gain confidence in themselves and their skills.
A Team Leader models what it means to be a student at Purdue University and ensures that new students understand the expectations of being a college student.
